Not too helpful

While the app is great for those who are indoors it goes off way too often. Last night I got no less than 4 watches in 1 minute. Other times Ive gotten 6 tornado warnings with a blaring alarm from 1-3am. It seems every time the NWS issues an update you send out the warning or watch again instead of just sending it to those who the change effects.

It is becoming the boy who cried wolf. Ineffective because 90% of the time it is a reissue that doesnt impact me.
